As above. This hotel was the dirtiest hotel that i have ever stayed in. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom, on the desk and on the telephone. I did not even wash in the bathroom, i only used the toilet. After paying 60. 00 for the room, i had
... to shower when i returned to birmingham as there was no way that i was using anything in that bathroom. After complaining to the receptionist, she didn't even ask if i wanted to raise the issue with the manager. The whole expereince was awful. I wouldn't even recommend the hotel to a dog.
