Security advised. Spa & pool were very busy so weren't able to avail of them.

Complained and were very very apologetic (really over the top)Next day had lunch in same restaurant and they would not take payment! Lovely large room with recent refit and marble bathroom.

Huge room, had a great seating area.

See detail below regarding upgrade.
