My first time at the Mespil Hotel
On my arrival at the mespil hotel by car i was to be disappointed to find out that i would have to park my car down a side street. A three minute walk to the hotel with quite a lot of luggage was required. On completing the check in, once the elevator
... reached our floor level we had a long walk to our room at the very end of the corridor. This could be viewed as a good thing as it meant that we would not experience much noise from other residents.
the room was large for my fiancee and i which also had a reasonably sized bathroom. The bed, carpets and bathroom were clean although a seat in the room was in a poor state, it was stained which should not have been there.
the staff were courteous and helpful when i needed directions. I think the hotel was overpriced to say that it did not include breakfast in the price. If i didn't have much choice i would stay again, but there are cheaper hotels that include breakfast and are of a similar standard.
