Breakfast for example was not included in the room rate and this was never made clear either on the internet site or on arrival by front desk staff. We simply assumed it was as expected in any 5 star hotel and on check out suddenly found ourselves paying 153 euros for the evening and not 114. We felt mislead and a little cheated.
