They were prepared to answer every question and to carry out our requests, from mailing postcards and ordering taxis to providing accommodation for an additional night. The hotel's gardens are lush and beautiful, the furnishings in the common areas and rooms exquisite. You really feel like a member of the English gentry in the 18th century or a character in a Jane Austen novel!
