I had significant problems checking out which took over 20mins. They were unable to process Amercian Express cards, despite advertising that AMEX was a form of payment they accepted and the computer and telephone systems kept going down. Excellent location and despite the issues highlighted above good value for money.

A definate plus is off street parking. The room was smaller than expected but it was pleasant and clean.

Very noisy, some sort of generator buzzing all the time. Squeeky floorboards. Everytime someone came into the hotel the door banged. There was a terricably loud bang about 3.00 o'clock. Sounded like a wardrobe or something had been knocked over. Then early morning, the bins or beer barrells were being pushed around outside our room. Obviously, we were really tired by the morning and this spoiled our day. We went home early to catch up with our sleep! Did book a twin bedded room but was given a double.
