By Car:
Whichever direction you approach York from, you will arrive at the outer ring road. Take the shortest circuit to the York - Thirsk A19 north junction. Follow this road for about two miles towards the city centre. The hotel is located on the right side of the road.
By Train:

York is only an hours drive from Hull Docks, the destination of daily overnight sailings by P&O North Sea Ferries from Rotterdam (Europoort) in the Netherlands and Zeebrugge in Belgium. For non - motorists National Express runs a connecting coach from outside Hull Docks to York.
By Air:
The nearest airport is Leeds / Bradford (28 miles). Newcastle - Upon - Tyne and Manchester International Airport are also very accessible. A direct train service (hourly by day, less frequent at night) connects York with Manchester International Airport in less than 2 hours.
