In a hot summer, rooms without air conditioning with that price is unimaginable in a developed country.

A disappointment. Designated a nonsmoking room but stink of cigarette smoke too strong for comfort.

Though the hotel is small and does not have any luxury in particular, all the necessary things that you expect when you take accomodation were good if not excellent. The room was quite tidy and clean. No unnecesary facilities (like a bar), which is good in my opinion.
