However the hotel location was very pleasant and was only about 15mins on the tram from the city centre. The staff were very friendly, room very clean and tidy as was everywhere else in Switzerland. Would definately go back for a similar ocassion or short break.

The bed was very uncomfortable, no enough pillows and room ventilation was very poor. We could not secure any fan to cool the place. However, the food in the restaurant was very good.
