Rooms could be made more comfortable if one easy chair is included and a kettle,+tea, cofee etc especially as there is no room service. Staff were very courteous.

Breakfast was good although the breakfast room is very small and was crowded, sometimes we were forced to sit at any available open seat or wait for a later time. Nice game/meeting room with tables and large TV. Staff is friendly and speaks English.

I paid CHF150 for a sub-standard room which had wall paper peeling off the walls. The bathroom was tiny and the shower door was missing, resulting in water from the shower spraying out onto the bathroom floor and toilet. Very dissappointing. I am now staying in a youth hostel in Geneva for CHF30 per night which has considerably better facilities, including free internet assess, and much bigger rooms. Hotel Moderne sadly isn't. I was very dissappointed.

I think next time I would prefer to spend a little more and stay somewhere a bit better
