Check in was very good, fast, efficient and gave us maps etc as well as a travel card to use the public transport for free. The hotel itself looks very grand. We stayed in an executive room which we couldn't fault at all. We were able to have breakfast upstairs int he executive lounge which was quiet and comfortable with lots of food on offer (no hot food though). We ate in the restaurant on the first night and all started well. I have to say the food is of an excellent standard. The only issue we had is that it was particularly busy that night and the service we received went down hill after main course (plates were not taken away for at least 20 mins - after we asked and dessert took just as long!). The waiter did apologise though and we weren't in any hurry so we were ok. Overall a gorgous hotel and staff are very helpful. I would recomend this to couples or people staying on business.

The executive floors are very quiet, have a private reception, lounge space and a quiet restaurant for a coplimentary breakfast buffet. Almost no noisance from streat traffic and nearby airport.
