We had to keep windows open to cool it down. It didn't have air; But it was well appointed and overall a good experience. We have used this hotel before.

We felt very welcome, even if the room was not yet ready at our arrival. That did not disturb our stay.

Best thing is to get a water bus to San Marco. This made it very good value for money. Though the floor space was small this was largely because the bed was large (and very comfortable) which was much more important than space.
