Two nights in Dublin city. The hotel is situated on a calm street which is pleasantly quiet. I used my Garmin satelite navigation so I had no problems finding the hotel. Arriving at the Mount Herbert Hotel in the afternoon I was welcomed by staff at the reception. I was promptly signed in with my partner. There are plenty of parking spaces situated around the back of the hotel. The luggage we brought with us did have to be hauled quite some distance through the hotel and if you was not allert to the room directions it was easy to take a wrong turn. The room we used looked as thought it had recently been renovated. It wasn't huge but it was acceptable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. We did not include breakfast in our booking as we knew that we were going to need a lay-in after a long night out on the town. The next day we tried lunch which was very good, drink is slightly on the expensive side. All the staff were pleasant and courtious. So long as prices do not increase too much I would return to the Mount Herbert Hotel.
