The toilet continuously ran water the first night which kept us awake. They moved us to another apartment the next day but that toilet moved considerably when sat on, so much so that you nearly fell off! There was no kettle, only one small pan in the kitchen and the work tops were filthy. The bathroom had rust and damp over various places on the ceiling and was quite offputting. We stayed here 2 years ago and although the apartment was a bit run down we accepted it as it was in a good location and good value. It was more run down this time and I had actually recommended it to someone who is going in March, but they were full. I was glad that they had not booked on my recommendation as I would have felt quite bad about it. I think the main thing is that they have to make the apartments look nicer - I don't feel that this cost would be a lot for them. But the location is excellent.

The apartment had seen better days and the staff struggled with communication and lacked basic kowledge
