Location was excellent, 10-15 minutes walk into central Nuremberg. All staff were very freindly and helpful all being able to speak very good english.

Room clean, breakfast wonderful and staff courteous. Only minor glitch was that on the internet booking there was a promotion that said 'including exclusive breakfast'. The hotel staff interpreted this to say that the breakfast was not included initially, but did not argue any further when I explained our interpretation.
