Close of Frankfurt International airport. Hotel shuttle bus makes access easy. 2. Parking garage at hotel very reasonable, especially when shuttle takes you to and brings you back from airport. 3. Quality rooms! 4. With restaurant in hotel, no need to leave the hotel. We drove to hotel from Stuttgart, stayed overnight, used shuttle bus to airport to catch early morning flight and parked automobile in underground garage. When we returned from trip, took shuttle bus to hotel, picked up automobile and drove home to Stuttgart. All very reasonably priced!

I stayed at your Hotel before returning to the USA and I usually stay at, or close to the Airport the night before ! After checking in I had a great dinner, the service was excellent and your personnel very friendly and helpful, both your servers and front desk personnel. I have nothing but praise for yor hotel and can assure you that I'll stay there agagin, whenever my travels go through Franfkurt !! Of course, I would recommend it any time ! Harald W. Behrend

It is at an excellent location adjacent to the wonderfully efficient Frankfurt airport. We stay at this hotel because of it's cleanliness, room comfort, effective air conditioning and the fact that you can open the windows also. The woods across the road provide opportunities for outside exercise or gentle strolling. The breakfasts are of a high quality and the food is always fresh when we have eaten there. An added bonus is that, if you have a car, there are many villages a short drive away with restaurants offering choices of traditional German and other cuisine. The Stimsons (Australia)

I had a mixed experience. I waited over an hour for my transfer to the hotel from the airport in the evening. I appreciated the apology, but would it would be great to be kept more informed of the ETA. I also found that I was dealing with impatient and over-stressed reception staff (not sure if there was offence, or misunderstanding?) The evening restaurant staff were very lovely and kind and cheerful. And the gentleman who took me back to the airport on the Sunday morning was absolutely wonderful, he took extra care to help me with my bags, and getting me to the correct terminal. Very much appreciated. The booking experience: I found some aspects quite frustrating. It was somewhat time-consuming to enter all my details into the system online. Then when I arrived at the hotel, I had to fill in all those details again! Also, it was fairly confusing. I thought that I'd actually paid when I made the online booking, and so was very concerned when my credit card was billed at the end of my stay. I can see that it was my misunderstanding. But I found that the receptionist was very impatient and fairly rude to me, when I asked about this.
