Very surprised at the childrens toiletries and as well the quality of the adults toiletries.

We asked for a non-smoking room at the time of booking and there did not appear to have any when we checked in.

Also, the hotel staff got the dates of my booking, and my aunt's booking wrong so that my grandmother could not get into her room one afternoon! I think the reception area should have more staff - it was far too busy at times
