Twice we had to change rooms! (once because room was not ready for guests, and second because of bed toilet), also keep in mind that if you say "free minibar on first day" but theres no minibar, it is only fair to let the client know in advance (before booking even better) if I was american I would most litely press charges. but I'm not. hope this would come in handy thanks omer

Only restaurant nearby on foot (La Bekada) worse value for money in our fortnight in Spain. Nice breakfast but evening meal not available. Very good rate. We'd have stayed in other NH hotels but the rate offered was a 2.5 times higher, though other NH hotels we saw were a lot posher.

The hotel staff were very helpfull and accompanied us to get the police report, to get temporary ID card, making phone call for credit card cancellation, flight arrangement, ect. I am not sure if other hotels will help the same way when their guess having trouble.
