twice we had to change rooms! (once because room was not ready for guests, and second because of bed toilet), also keep in mind that if you say "free minibar on first day" but theres no minibar, it is only
... fair to let the client know in advance (before booking even better) if i was american i would most litely press charges.
but i'm not.
