queensday at nhcaransa Reviewer: sue beech Date of review: 12 May 2008 Recommends this hotel: YES Recommended for: Business, Leisure, Romance, Singles, Couples Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 This hotel is in an ideal location for everything you would want in amsterdam, it has a very cosmopolitain feel to it and everything is within walking distance, the hotel rooms are very nice, and the staff also, the only thing I could suggest about this hotel is, that there is no bar in the hotel and no smoking rooms, (probably a bonus for some), this isnt normally a problem as I am getting used to it, but, if you havnt been on Queensday before, you cannot move (literally) outside this hotel as its a main meeting place for the DJ's and revellers in the square, my daughter found this very claustrophobic, so had to stay in room all day/night. (I thought was fab!). overall I would reccomend this hotel.
