The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I hope to return to Salzburg in the future, and would stay at the Carlton again. The beds were a little soft, the the room was very comfortable. We did not expect a suite, but were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was spacious.

We were upgraded because it was our honeymoon and so we got a beautiful room.

Its proximity to the gardens and Old Town was wonderful. Also, the free parking was an added bonus. The room was nice and comfortable.
