It was a surprise to find a 3star-hotel in europe as big and clean as yours. The bathroom has a lot of amenities(lotion, shampoo, etc) while the other hotels we've been (madrid, wesel, london) provided only soaps. The tram was quite a walk from the hotel (about 800m), but still alright. Breakfast was also good - definitely much better than other hotels!! Enjoyed our stay very much - thank you. The chocolates at bedside was such a sweet gesture.
