Staff were always friendly, helpful and courteous, answering all queries well. The hotel is in a decent location for access to the Altstadt and other main area of Dusseldorf, with a taxi ride to the Altstadt costing around €10. The room was of a decent size offering good facilities, although tea and coffee making facilities would have been a nice touch. All in all we had a very good experience of the hotel on our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Although I booked for a big size queen bed for two persons but they provided single room !!!

Also, at arrival we were informed that our booking for 70 euro included breakfast (we double confirmed), at checkout they wanted to charge us 16 euro per person for making use of breakfast!! After some discussion they said only for this time they will deduct the breakfast charge, as if it was OUR mistake!! This really left a bad impression on us.
