The website could use some directions for guests who come by train to the airport to reach the hotel. Too bad there's a charge for wireless in the room, when this service is usually free at smaller hotels.

They guided me well where to get my room and also the restaurant to get my meals. the meals were excellent. The shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel was superb. If i were to travel again I prefer to lodge at Hotel NH Zurich Airport
