It smelt like it was used as a smoking room aswell

Some rooms had a coffee/tea maker, some did not. I changed to a non-smoking room which did not have one and they simply refused to transfer one to my room after first agreeing

Front desk staff was extremely rude. The Air Conditioning did not work properly in this hotel / room, A very poor start to a long trip home.
