The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was fairly spacious with a very large bathroom and three balconies. The beds weere very comfortable and the furnishings attractive. The hotel has very few amenities, although there is a breakfast room where a continental breakfast is served. We had the impression that it was included in the price of the room, but were much surprised when we saw the added charge to our bill. There are numerous eating places in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We would definitely stay there on a return visit to Burgos and would recommend it highly to any visitor to that city
