I dont believe I would get the room, until the day I arrived at this hotel. Thanks so much, its over than what I think before, the hotel is very great for what I pay. The lackness only Staff service did not give many information about the pklaces to see for tourist in amsterdam.

Best thing was that it was added free as part of a promotion that we had no idea about! Luxurious and spacious rooms made us feel at home and the clean bathroom with some wonderful bath products was a treat! Pity about the evening meal at the restaurant: it was expensive and it felt it came out of a packet. The presentation was great and so were the descriptions on the menu but no taste. The staff though were very friendly and compensated our disappointment. Location is very good. We walked to the centre within an hour. We shall come back as Amsterdam is awesome and so is the Novotel but we shall eat elsewhere!
