I will not be staying at the Novotel again. The pillows on bed were absolutely disgusting, they were flat and we only had 1 pillow each.

WHEN WE ASKED THE CHAMBERMAID TO PROVIDE USE WITH SHEETS FOR SENSITIVE PEOPLE, SHE REPLIED THAT THEY HAD NONE. HOWEVER IT IS A NICE HOTEL AND WOULD RECOMMED IT FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN

They apologised with a discounted rate!!
