The rooms are of a good size and modern. Not all room have a shower so you do need to ask for these as we found out. The room was changed without any problem. Face clothes would useful. The kettle and tea making facilities are good / basic but are too height for short people and needs to be reconsidered. Over all, the hotel provides good quality care and attention and is good value for money.

Walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The room was really nice but it would have been nice if there was some milk in the rooms to add to the coffee or tea. Everything else was great!!!

IT IS IDEALLY SITUATED TO SEE THE CENTRE AND SURROUNDS OF BRUGGE, THE AMENITIES WERE APPROPRIATE TO THE TARIFF BUT WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOTELS ON THE CONTINENT OFFER TEA/COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN EACH BEDROOM. THE TOILET SMELLED A BIT ALTHOUGH AS THE DRAINS WERE VERY SMELLY IN BRUGGE THIS MAY HAVE BEEN BECAUSE OF THE DRAINS BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED A SMELL FREE TOILET. WOULD HAVE ALSO LIKED MORE MEAT ON MY BACON AS THERE WAS VERY LITTLE AND VERY STRINGY BUT OTHERWISE THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD VALUE. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS FOR ITS LOCATION, PRICE AND THE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL STAFF.

Noisy hum probably from air conditioning fan which could not be switched off.
