It was always comfortable, clean, secure and well-run, with efficient, courteous and obliging staff. So, when my wife and I planned to drive from our home in the UK to visit our son who is working in Cologne and saw a Dorint hotel among those listed on a website, I chose it and booked on-line with confidence.This confidence was fully justified. The advance booking procedure and the check-in process worked smoothly. The parking facilities were very good and reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, the staff were helpful, polite and efficient and the breakfasts were very good. I think it would be difficult to find in London, a hotel of this calibre for the price. I will stay there again on future visits to Cologne.
