We have stayed in a novotel in montreal and found it to be exceptional, that is why we booked with the novotel in geneva. my primary disappointment was that the room was not clean. the floors in the bathroons had stains, hairs, and the carpet outside
... of the bathroom a toenail. the staff responded right away and vacuumed, but did not really clean the bathroom floors. i ended up cleaning them with one of the wash cloths. thank you for asking.
