Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Nice room, but we arrived in Munich in a heat wave. It was very uncomfortable without Air Conditioning.

Staff were charming but hotel seemed a bit bare and unloved. Marble bathroom was a gross exaggeration - it had a giant marble basin that was far too big for the bathroom. View of winter garden was a bit unfair as you had to lean over balcony to see it. Hotel has a lot of potential but someone needs to realise it !! Carpet had seen better days and was frayed and stained. There were no drawers in the room at all. Bathroom was small, old and in dire need of updating.
Breakfast area was not large enough for all guests, laptop privided in the lounge for internet did not have internet connection, they did not have sufficient parking certificates. Cheking in took very long as the receptionist was constantly on the phone. Very hot, as without air conditioning. High price compared to size and quality.
We spent 4 hours driving around Munich trying to find it. Would help to say how close it is to the museum. Even native Munichers had trouble describing where it is. You'd think at a 4-star hotel a room at that price would have a tub!
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and particulary appreciated the helpfull staff at the front desk.
Ideal location. Staff gave extraordinary service and attention to our needs. Would not think twice about returning! Very spacious with walk in closet. Windows opened on to lovely small balcony so that we could enjoy the day. Exceptional
Very nice ambience, very attractive foyer and enclosed court for breakfast, very responsive and helpful people at the desk, altogether a fine atmosphere while being more "intimate" than large hotels. The room had a glass-enclosed balcony with windows to open, a so-called winter garden, which was lovely to sit in during the day, but the room itself was relatively small with little room for luggage. Few other rooms had balconies/terraces, and I suspect they were larger rooms. Also the bathroom was very small. We would have preferred a larger room without terrace, but we didn't ask for one.
Very charming decor and a great breakfast. The staff werevery accomodating. It was very hot, and hotel room had no airconditioning or were they able to provide even a fan. The first two nights were unbearable.
