I forgot to show my reservation form from HolidayCity at time of check in and was given a higher nightly rate. When I did show the registration from HolidayCity, an adjustment was made to honor the original room rate. I shortened my stay by several days and had no problem changing the reservation. The room was most comfortable, clean and spacious for our needs. We only had breakfast once in the hotel which was expensive but certainly plentiful. However, the setting for the buffet breakfast was unappealing, just adequate. Service at the buffet was very good. I understand that there room normally used for food service was being remodeled, which would explain the poor surroundings we encountered. We found the hotel to be well situated for public transportation and easy to get a taxi for an early morning flight.
