The staff could not have been more helpful to us offering to let us call our credit card company using their phone, and to use their computer to notify our son who was traveling and might need to use the card. We also liked how available and flexible the transport to the airport was--no nonsense and on time! Definitely a good value for the money. Valerie, Asheville, NC, US
