Comment on Hotel :
The front desk staff were simply rude and abrupt and offered no assistance with the simplist of requests. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant and the breakfasts were quite nice. The rooms were nice but the walls were thin as you could here your neighbors easily. The location is great with the Metro near by and a short walk to the Vatican. The value was not good but that may have been because we were there over the New Year's holiday.
