The closest we could get to the hotel was about four blocks away. We walked to the hotel to check in. Then the concereige thought he got get around the blocked streets to retreive our suitcases. He was able to get within two blocks of our car. We walked the two blocks and retreived the suitcase walked back to the hotel car. Later in the evening we were able to bring our car to the hotel parking garage.

Service was very friendly & polite. Front desk & other staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel location ideal both for shopping & sightseeing. Could find nothing to fault. Bathroom facilities were especially outstanding.

The staff did try and change it but I don't think it's very good when you don't get the room that you've booked!
