The all staff, inclusief housekeeping, was helpful and courteous. To go to the heart of Berlin, you have close to the hotel: taxi, bus and metro. Perfect!

Quality service from staff and a good European breakfast. Strongly recommend to others.

It is convenient to the bus and train stations and within walking distance of great shopping and dining. I would definitely book again at the hotel for future business trips. The room was extremely clean and the housekeeping service kept the room well throughout the week. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel but the room this time was smaller than on my previous visit.

I do not know which one was as per rule.
