The staff were extremely helpful and although the room was rather small we were pleased with our stay.

We arrived at 6:30 PM and were able to get into the small lobby area - that did not have a receptionist - and had to answer the phone to talk to an employee. When he arrived I was informed that my credit card did not go through; Neither Holiday City, nor the hotel informed me of this problem. We almost lost our reservation and had to pay cash for 2 nights stay. At that time it seemed as if it was a done deal - or this was some scam. The next morning, the manager rudely informed me that I may not have the room, that I paid for, for the second night. He also was not aware that I had paid for it already. I had to wait until 11 AM for a conformation and it was eventually cleared up and I did get the room for the second night. The rooms were uninviting and dirty; the carpet had multiple stains as well as the towels. The few positives - a good location and they lent us beach mats for the pebbled beach. All in all, it was not worth the expense.

There is no air con in the rooms, which in summer is essential in this part of the world. As a result you have to keep the windows permanently open. This made it quite very noisy throughout the night. The bin men show no mercy at 4AM! Friendly and helpful staff.

The pictures on the net do not match the rooms at all. I would recommend this for budget travellers Small basic room. Had no remote for air conditioning until 3rd night

There is nobody there running the place after 5pm, the hotel patrons must look after themselves.

There was not shampoo or any other little items. The shower drain was clogged. The carpeting was old.
