The staff was very courteous. When we checked-in, the neighbouring room was very noisy, either watching adult movies or performing acts without consideration for others around them. I was travelling with my son and didn't feel comfortable in that room. The staff was very quick to move us to a relatively quieter room - the only thing noisy there was a creeky door next to the room. We could live with that for one night.

The staff were most helpful. The only problem was cigarette smoke coming in through the bathroom ventilator.

I found the hotel in a very quite area of Birmingham, which might not be good for some people but not a deal breaker. the rooms were good and we got free upgrade to double bed rooms. Oh..forgot to mention about breakfast, which had a lot of options.. Overall, i would prefere to come back again and will recomend the hotel for good value of money.

Staff friendly and helpfull. Room kept clean and tidy. We did not eat at the hotel so can not coment. It was nice to be able to have a night cap in the hotel before going to bed.
