I found the hotel in a very quite area of Birmingham, which might not be good for some people but not a deal breaker. the rooms were good and we got free upgrade to double bed rooms. Oh..forgot to mention about breakfast, which had a lot of options.. Overall, i would prefere to come back again and will recomend the hotel for good value of money.

Staff friendly and helpfull. Room kept clean and tidy. We did not eat at the hotel so can not coment. It was nice to be able to have a night cap in the hotel before going to bed.

I am pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the services delivered, especially considering the costs involved. I look forward to my next visit. J. W.
