The pressure on the shower in the room was very low, and although this was reported to the staff, no one responded to our complaint. The room although rated as a 5* hotel did not have a shower cap, and although it was reserved for 3 people there were only enough glasses in the room for 2 people.

Mini bar empty, TV very bad, No more extrasoap , dentifrice etc in the bathroom It was not a large bed as I asked for but 3 small beds !!!

Since the hotel is located in a suburb, not very far from the city, it is implied that you have to take care of your transportation. Noteworthy was the fact that you could not open the window. It was not standing at open position. Some maintenance would help.

the room was affordable, but a meal was very expensive, and there is no where else to eat nearby. very nice facilities, in a nice location. expensive breakfast buffet, but affordable room rate.
