I ordered a pizza and my partner ordered a steak. My pizza came out but no steak appeared. So my pizza was returned to the kitchen and obviously just reheated as the cheese was all melted and then returned to me. However, the steak still didn't appear for a further 10 minutes. The steak had been ordered for medium but when it finally appeared it completely bloody. While this experience the attitude of the waiting staff was terrible and no apologies were offered for any of the above.
