Overview
Hotel Paris Florence can boast being one of the most awe inspiring 3-star hotels based in the centre of Florence. Set in a wonderfully renovated Palazzo, a stroll through the hotel gives a glimpse into the grand nature of this building. The building was designed and built in the 16th century by the architect Bernardo Bontalenti (1536-1608) who spent his life under the service of the Medici Family. The building underwent a thorough restoration in 1998. Along with dramatic rectangular windows set in graceful stone frames and delightful window treatments, each of the 59 rooms are richly decorated with elegant dressers and antique furniture. One of the benefits of staying in such a historical building is the traditional high ceilings and surprisingly spacious rooms in relation to other 3 star Italian Hotels. Experienced and friendly staff will be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and will also be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the surrounding area in terms of restaurant advice, directions to attractions, help with tours and ticket reservations. |
