On booking the hotel for 2 rooms i paid for the upgraded rooms. However, i dont understand what the upgrad was for as the facilities were exactly the same as the standard rooms. I did also enquire at reception to be told that tea/coffee facilities were
... provided in the superior rooms. This was not the case. The room numbers were 105 & 317 if i remember but neither had these facilities. . I found the room adequate in size, i did however feel that the bathroom & also the carpet didnt seem very clean. Staining on the tiles and also dust/fluff at end of bed. There were no tea & coffee facilities despite the superior upgrade. (neither of the two rooms booked had tea/coffee).
