In my reservation was not mentioned that I have to pay for the breakfast. And the breakfast was not very rich: I have seen similar hotel with much better breakfast. The hall is full of smoke. For sure, I will look for a better quality/price hotel

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and there was a nice mini bar / frige / coffee pot tucked away in one of the closets. I can't speak much for the location because we weren't concerned with seeing Munchen, we were traveling around the immediate area. However, I did see, right outside the hotel steps, there was an underground stop. Though the hotel was just outside of the city, the location would have worked just fine due to the nearby tram. The only thing I might have to gripe about would be the bed. There were two separate twin size beds attached in the center, and they were hard as a rock. The comforter and sheets were new, clean, and comfortable. Enjoy!

One half of the normal price would have been sufficient.

The bathroom is small but clean and the whole room is very nice.

The location was great, as I mentioned above! This hotel is definitely on the top of our list! My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel and the service. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the spoke perfect English!! There was a platter of delicious cookies and a pot of hot coffee out in the lounge everyday, which was a nice treat when coming in from traveling! Not only was the service some of the best we have received while touring Europe, the location to downtown and Olympic park, could not be beat! The U-Bahn is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The receptionist also provided us with a map, took her time to go over it with us, and marked interesting places on the map. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends, and if we return to Munich, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Park Inn Munich for a GREAT experience in Munich!!!
