My husband and i were more concerned about cost, so it was a delightful surprise to find such a nicely kept hotel so inexpensive. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and there was a nice mini bar / frige / coffee pot tucked away in one of the closets.

i can't speak much for the location because we weren't concerned with seeing munchen, we were traveling around the immediate area. However, i did see, right outside the hotel steps, there was an underground stop. Though the hotel was just outside of the city, the location would have worked just fine due to the nearby tram.
the only thing i might have to gripe about would be the bed. There were two separate twin size beds attached in the center, and they were hard as a rock. The comforter and sheets were new, clean, and comfortable.
