Breakfast is extra at 12 euros per head but is very good with plenty of choice. The room was very clean and the Staff were helpful and courteous. We found it very easy to get to all the main attractions of Berlin. I would reccomend this hotel to almost anyone visiting the city. However I cannot say for children as I did not see any there or see any particluar facilities for them.

Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful except for one waitress. The food at our banquet was okay, but not great. We enjoyed the proximity to the train which made the location managable.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which seemed like it should be the size of a normal room anyway. Everything was presented very nicely.
