Hotel Parnass Zermatt is run by a small family. The hotel is located in a quiet central area of Zermatt. The hotel provides attentive service - delicious cuisine and comfortable rooms. Hotel Parnass Zermatt is nearby to the ski bus stops and even the walking distance to most of the places of interest is only 5 minutes away. The mountain railway is just a few minutes walk from the hotel which takes visitors up to areas for skiing and hiking.
ZERMATT IS A CAR FREE VILLAGE RESORT. GUEST WHO DO NOT ARRIVE BY TRAIN, HAVE TO LEAVE THEIR CAR IN TASCH (small village 6km before Zermatt). TASCH HAS GOOD PARKING FACILITIES. FROM TASCH TO ZERMATT GUESTS ARRIVE EITHER BY SHUTTLE TRAIN OR TAXI. OUR PORTIER WILL PICK UP GUESTS FROM THE STATION WITH HIS ELECTRIC CAR FREE OF CHARGE
Please note: Minimum stay requirements apply during the following period:
A) 19 Dec 2009 till 08 Jan 2010 : 5 night minimum stay is required on weekdays. The hotel weekends is from friday to sunday.
B) 13 Feb 2010 till 10 Apr 2010 : 5 night minimum stay is required on weekdays. The hotel weekends is from friday to sunday.

WE TOOK UP THE OPTION OF HAVING OUR DINNERS IN THE HOTEL, AND WERE GLAD WE DID. A SET MENU EACH DAY, BUT VARIED AND IMAGINATIVE. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND WELL PRESENTED. VERY GOOD VALUE.
