It was one of the few that would take a family of 3 adults in one room. The staff were polite & helpful. The room itself was adequate but noise carried from the corridor at night. I would recommend this hotel for a short break or business trip

Breakfast wasn't free but a good buffet. The blankets had not been put on the bed and the glasses/towels were not replaced from the previous guests when we checked in....but otherwise the room was good.

I opened the window and flies start to come in and I could not open it at night due to security reasons.

Didn't even want to call the police for us and said cctv camera "wasn't working" at time of theft! They also couldn't provide us with the rooms we had supposedly reserved via the internet!! Didn't like the fact that the door to the ensuite was see through glass - a little privacy would be good!
