Comment on Hotel : We actually changed hotels after 2 nights due to the bed situation and found a hotel for the same price inclusive of breakfast and the mini bar. I think you could offer better value for money.

Comment on Hotel Room : The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. It was 2 single mattresses pushed together with nothing to keep them together so one of us was constantly in the gap. It was ridiculous. We did ask if there was any chance we could change rooms but werte told that the hotel was fully booked. On the plus side the room was very clean and the internet access was very useful. We would have loved a kettle in the room.
