Chose this one and were glad we did. The family room was a little on the small side but only really used it for sleeping so not too much of a problem. Great outlook from the small iron fenced balcony. Didn't find the noise from the street below a problem. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Breakfast a bit hit and miss. Would recommend not bothering with it as plenty of places within short walking distance. All in all really enjoyed the stay and would definately stay here again on a future trip to Madrid.

Close to the puerto sol and Metro (1 min. walk) but yet far enough away from the traffic and bustle. Surrounded by cafe's and shops along a pedestrianised street. Very helpful and tolerant staff. Would not hesitate to return or recommend. Andy & Lorna (Scotland)

Room a bit on the small size but comfortable and well equiped. Would certainly recommend for a mid priced good quality hotel

Very small room , problem to move around for two persons. Double bed next to wall from one side - access from one side for both persons. Only one bed lamp and side table, only one person can read in bed or put glasses, etc. Practicaly no window, small room never aired as cosequence simply stinks. A/C does not help.
